You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You must notify us immediately at legal@pitchdeckanalytics.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse pitch decks and generate scores, dimension breakdowns, written summaries, and, depending on the plan, page-by-page notes, improvement suggestions, and investor-oriented screening views. The outputs are automated, generated by third-party AI models, and are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated assessments are inherently probabilistic and may contain errors or omissions.
Any decision you make — whether as a founder, investor, venture capitalist, angel, family office, or otherwise — is made solely at your own discretion and risk. You should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult qualified professional advisers before making any investment or business decision. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for decisions made in reliance on any output of the Service.
The Service operates on a one-time, credit-based model. Certain analyses and features require the purchase or consumption of credits at the prices displayed on the Service. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card, bank, or other payment instrument details. Your use of Razorpay is subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits, once purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your payment instrument.
As our sole and limited exception: if a credit is consumed due to a verifiable technical fault on our side and you receive no usable analysis result as a consequence, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the equivalent number of credits to your account. Such credit restoration is the exclusive remedy available to you and is provided in lieu of any monetary refund. You retain all ownership rights in the pitch decks and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — that is, to transmit it to our AI provider for analysis and to generate and store the resulting analysis associated with your account.
We do not sell Your Content or your personal data. We do not use Your Content to train our own or any third party's AI models. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how uploaded files are handled, including the fact that uploaded PDF files are processed in transit and are not retained as files on our servers.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party's rights.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, scoring methodology, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Kizennovate Technology Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as provided in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. "Pitch Deck Analytics" and associated logos are marks of the Company and may not be used without prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including an AI analysis provider and the Razorpay payment gateway. We may also use analytics and marketing tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of such third-party services may be governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third parties.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that outputs will be accurate or reliable, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of harmful components. You use the Service and rely on its outputs entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your associated data as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
